EKH issued a disclosure to EGX regarding the transfer of a shareholding stake of 59.99% of the Nile Family Takaful Company and Nile General Takaful Company to Tokyo Marine and Nichido Fire Insurance COLTD, in a transaction worth EGP 53 million.
